This policy explains how Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit IMBot.click or use the IMBot.click service (this website and the product we set up for you).

1. Who this covers

IMBot.click is a B2B automation product. Accounts are created by us for sellers and their authorised operators. This policy applies to website visitors, trial users, paying customers, and anyone whose contact details appear in leads processed through a customer’s workspace.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, phone, company, username, and authentication details for operators we provision.
Seller login you connect: the marketplace sign-in details you choose to link so IMBot can act on your seller account.
Your settings: filters, schedules, message text, CRM destinations, Telegram / Pushover destinations, purchase limits, and credit settings.
Lead records: enquiry titles, buyer contact facts, requirement details, purchase / inbox status, and messages the bot sent — stored so you can review and export them.
Activity records: purchases, errors, credit transactions, and similar history used to run and support the service.
Website usage: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested when you visit this site.

3. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve IMBot.click.
To match enquiries, purchase or follow up as you configured, and notify your team.
To bill credits, enforce limits, and pause buying when a wallet is empty or an account expires.
To diagnose login or service issues you ask us to look at.
To respond to sales and support emails you send us.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use lead contacts for our own marketing.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

We process customer account and service data to perform our contract with you. We process support and security logs on the basis of legitimate interests in running a reliable service. We process website enquiry emails with your consent when you write to us.

5. Marketplace buyer data

When IMBot unlocks or follows up an enquiry, buyer details come from your marketplace seller account. You are the controller of that customer data. We process it on your instructions as a service provider, only to operate IMBot.click for your workspace. You must use those contacts in line with applicable law and the marketplace’s own rules.

6. Sharing

We share information only:

With infrastructure vendors we use to host the product (for example cloud, email, or hosting providers) under contract.
With notification or CRM destinations you configure (Telegram, Pushover, or your own tools).
If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd, our users, or others.
In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.

7. This website

This marketing site does not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we will update this page. The IMBot product uses only what is needed to keep you signed in and to keep your linked seller account connected.

8. Retention

We keep account, lead, and log data for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, dispute, and legal needs, then delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to export or delete a workspace; we will do so except where we must retain records.

9. Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Protect your IMBot password and the device that holds your marketplace login.

10. International transfers

Servers and vendors may be located in India or other countries. By using IMBot.click you understand that your information may be processed outside your home state, with appropriate safeguards where required.

11. Your choices

You can unlink your seller account, pause buying, clear CRM / chat destinations, or request account deletion by emailing contact@imbot.click. Operators may also ask for a copy of their account data.

12. Children

IMBot.click is a business product. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
