These terms govern access to IMBot.click, a software product of Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd (“Nitai”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or the service you agree to them. If you use IMBot on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
IMBot.click helps sellers watch B2B marketplace buy enquiries, apply filters, optionally purchase matching leads, send a first reply or inbox follow-up, store results, and notify your team. Access is provided on an invite / subscription basis. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
IMBot.click is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any third-party marketplace. Marketplace names, logos, and products remain those parties’ property.
You agree that you will:
Automation can violate a third-party platform’s rules even when it is technically possible. You accept that risk. We may suspend a workspace if we reasonably believe use is unlawful, abusive, or likely to harm the service or other customers.
IMBot may charge its own credits for a successful buy-lead purchase or inbox follow-up, at the rate shown in your workspace. Marketplace “buy lead” or similar fees are charged by the marketplace to your seller account, not by us. You remain responsible for that spend.
IMBot credits are not legal tender, are not refundable except where Indian law requires, and expire if we close the workspace after the paid term ends. Trial credits are a courtesy and may be withdrawn.
Lead volume, match quality, marketplace availability, login health, and third-party tools are outside our full control. We do not guarantee a number of leads, a conversion rate, uninterrupted uptime, or that every matching enquiry will be purchased before another seller. Live buying spends real marketplace credits.
Our Privacy policy describes how we handle information. You grant us a limited licence to process account, seller login, and lead data as needed to provide IMBot. Buyer contacts obtained through your marketplace account remain your business records; you must handle them lawfully.
The IMBot.click name, logo, software, and this website are owned by Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your paid or trial term. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our branding without written permission.
Telegram, Pushover, CRM tools, and hosting providers are third parties. Their outages or policies can affect IMBot. We are not responsible for those services.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for marketplace credit spend, missed enquiries, account bans, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to IMBot.click is limited to the fees you paid us for IMBot credits in the three months before the claim.
You will indemnify Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd against claims arising from your marketplace account, your use of buyer data, your message content, or your breach of these terms or of third-party rules.
We may pause buying or close a workspace if fees are unpaid, credits are exhausted, the seller login is invalid, or these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time by asking us to disable the account. Sections that should survive (including 4–11) remain in effect.
We may change the product or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the update is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights.
